You probably have seen the back and forth about BOI. Need to file, no need to file, but what do you need to do now?

As of Feb 21, 2025, BOI filing was reinstated. The new deadline to file is March 21, 2025. The good news is FinCEN stated it WILL not impose fines for businesses that have not filed by the deadline and intends to have an interim final ruling my March 21st.
