Clark County Utilities Department (CCUD) is committed to providing safe and clean drinking water to the residents and business’ of Clark County. CCUD protects the environment through sanitary collection and treatment. Together these services enhance the lives of our residents and provide for economic growth in our community.

To serve our customers, the Utilities Department operates a public water well field in Park Layne and runs the Southwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant in Medway. The Department also purchases water and sewer treatment services from the City of Springfield and water services from the Village of Enon and North Hampton.
